Sunday, 1 July: There will be an informal socializer in the hotel bar after dinner.

Monday, 2 July: There will be a reception/socializer during the evening at the hotel bar.

Tuesday, 3 July: There will be a socializer associated with the poster session during the evening. Venue =  the conference hotel. 
 
Thursday, 5 July: The conference banquet will be held at the beautiful Solstrand Fjord Hotel dining room. Be advised that this will be a traditional (that means formal – no T-shirts please, not even the conference T-shirt!) five course banquet. Also, please bring with you a table flag from your home country. There will be a competition for the table with the largest number of different flags!
